Boss - Secretary Groups3
How Boss - Secretary Groups Work
Prevents executives from receiving unsolicited direct calls:
- Call Interception: When a caller dials the boss extension, the call is automatically routed to designated secretaries.
- Direct Access: Secretaries and whitelisted VIP extensions can dial the boss directly.
- Ringing Strategy: Simultaneous (all secretaries ring together) or Sequential (rings one by one).
