TLS Certificate
Certificate Guide
The portal (HTTPS), WebRTC TURNS and SIP-TLS/WSS share one certificate; changes here are applied to Apache, coturn and Asterisk together. Let's Encrypt is free and renews itself; the domain must point to this server and port 80 must be reachable from the internet. If your organisation has a certificate, upload it (PEM or PFX); uploaded certificates do not renew automatically, upload a new one before it expires. With a self-signed certificate browsers show a warning and TURNS does not work in browsers: WebRTC calls behind firewalls may have no audio. The certificate needs attention
