Outbound Routes Guide

Controls how internal extensions dial out (Emergency 112, Local/Long Distance 0NXX..., Prefixed Calls 9+Number).

Routes, trunks and the normalization pages can all change a number, and they run one after the other. See the order and which setting to use.

- Match Pattern: e.g. 112 for emergency, _0X. for numbers starting with zero, _9X. for outside-line calls starting with nine.
- Prepend / Append / Strip Front-Back: the dialed number is transformed before being sent to the trunk — digits are stripped from front/back first, then prepend/append is applied.
- Trunks: no primary/backup distinction — tried in the order you add them, each can have its own Caller ID override.
