Ring Groups4
What are Ring Groups and How Do They Work?
Rings multiple destinations simultaneously when the virtual extension is dialed.
- Internal & External Numbers: Freely mix internal PBX extensions and external GSM / landline numbers in a comma-separated list.
- First Answer Wins: Whichever destination answers first connects, and all other ringing devices immediately stop.
- Virtual Extension Number: Each ring group has its own virtual extension number (e.g. 7000), dialable from IVR, time conditions, and phones.
