Night dialling protectionOff

Module Guide

Outside office hours, calls to numbers that start with a protected prefix (international, premium) are blocked or need a night PIN. Toll fraud through a stolen account or a transit trunk usually happens at night and to such numbers. Covers every call that goes out through an outbound route; faxes sent from the portal are exempt. Takes effect after Apply.
–
Comma-separated, as dialled: 00 international, 0900 premium. Add the prefixes of your carrier's premium numbers.
At least 4 digits; leave empty to keep the PIN that is set.
Calling Permission Groups

How Calling Permission Groups Work

Calling permission groups control outbound calls made by internal extensions to external lines.

  • Default Behavior: If the group is set to "Allow", rules act as a blacklist. If set to "Deny", rules act as a whitelist.
  • Prefix: For example, entering "0" covers long distance/GSM/international, "00" covers international, and "05" covers all mobile numbers.
  • Exact Number: When a specific number is entered, the rule is evaluated strictly for that number.
