How Conference Rooms Work
Allows internal and external participants to dial in and join a shared audio conference.
- Quick Conference Dial: Dial #9[Room Number] (e.g. #91001) from an internal phone or mobile app to enter directly. Customize this prefix in Feature Codes.
- User & Admin PIN: If PINs are configured, callers are prompted. Admin PIN users get leader privileges.
- Wait for Leader: When enabled, participants hear music on hold until a leader joins.
- Live Moderation: View live participants in real-time, mute individuals, or kick them from the conference.
