Inbound Routes Guide

Routes DID numbers coming from the external PBX (e.g. 3000, 7880, 8960) to the relevant module. Optionally, enabling Force Call Recording automatically records all calls on this line as a .wav file.

Force Call Recording (Record All Incoming Calls on This Line)

Also take faxes on this number The call is answered and listens for a fax tone, with ringing for the caller. With a tone it goes to fax, otherwise to the destination above. Every caller waits this long, and the call counts as answered from the start. A fax machine that sends no calling tone, such as one dialled by hand, goes to the destination.
