Website call widget and call-back form
A widget puts a "Call us" button on any website. Visitors talk to you from the browser over WebRTC, or leave their number and the PBX calls them. Paste the one-line code into the website (or into the WordPress plugin), and press Apply after saving.
- Number: A widget enters the PBX like a trunk. Its number is the DID of these calls in reports and CDR; the visitor never chooses where the call goes.
- Security: Only the allowed websites can use the widget. Every call needs a one-time token, and the limits (per IP, per day, concurrent calls, call length) apply to every request. Every request is logged below.
- Call-back: The PBX dials the visitor through the chosen outbound route and, when they answer, sends them to the destination. Only numbers starting with the allowed prefixes are called, and a daily limit is required.
- WordPress: Install the "AiPBX Call Widget" plugin (plugins/web-widgets/wordpress in the repository) and paste the embed code into its settings page.
