Inbound Pre-Call Disclosure & Recording Opt-Out
Plays a mandatory privacy disclosure on inbound DID routes before call recording starts. In Opt-Out mode, pressing the chosen digit disables MixMonitor across the DID, Queue, and Ring Group for that call and tags the CDR as PRIVACY_OPTOUT.
Automatically purges or anonymizes personal data older than the configured number of days (0 = keep indefinitely). Every purge run is recorded in the Audit Log.
Data Subject Access Request (SAR) & Right to Erasure
Search all personal data traces for a phone number or extension across CDRs, call recordings, voicemails, faxes, and SIP signaling. Export an official JSON SAR package or execute Right to Erasure.
Cross-Border Cloud AI Data Transfer Lock
When enabled, blocks all outbound audio and text requests to external Cloud AI providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Deepgram, Groq, etc.) so call audio and transcripts never leave this server.
